Repainting windows in Southampton
Another old building. This window required a thorough preparation job. It was then undercoated using grey for the black areas and a white full undercoat for the sashes. The top coat was completed with specialist flexi gloss paint.

Bedroom refurbishment in Southampton
Bedroom refurbishment. Ceilings were painted white and the walls in a neutral colour. All woodwork and window in white gloss with the radiator in white gloss enamel paint. The wardrobe doors were painted in white satin.
Flat pack furniture assembly
Flat pack furniture assembly. Ikea wardrobe unit assembled and secured to the wall.
Concrete floor Painting
Concrete screed floor painted in grey. Note the high gloss finish to the paint. Unfortunately whoever put the screed on the floor didn’t get a very good finish so it shows through the paint. Three coats of paint were applied in total.
Front porch
Front porch area refurbished. Walls were painted firstly with Coovar anti damp paint. After this a miss coat of emulsion was applied then a washable emulsion to finish the walls. The window frames were painted with primer, full undercoat and a white gloss top coat.
Hall stairs and landing
Hall, stairs and landing over 3 levels. Walls and ceiling painted in matt emulsion and woodwork done in a satin top coat. Bathroom painted in the same colours using bathroom grade paint.
Bathroom Painting in Southampton
This bathroom was tiled half height already. The ceiling was painted in white bathroom paint and the beautiful stained glass critall window was renovated. The tiles were then extended to ceiling height and the woodwork was painted in a white gloss finish.
Window frames refurbished
Window frames refurbished. Although the windows are upvc the frames are timber and were painted in a dull green colour. They were stripped and repainted with aluminium primer, full undercoat and a white gloss top coat.
Fencing trellis
New fencing trellis erected. The old fencing was removed and replaced with good quality trellis fencing. Gravel boards were fitted to he bottom of the trellis to prevent small pets escaping and new post caps to finish it off.
Floor tiles and painting for an animal boarding company in Southampton
Local animal boarding company needed a refurbishment of an internal boarding area. Floor tiles were laid throughout, walls were dry lined on the exterior walls and new skirting boards fitted. The ceilings were repainted and the walls had a fresh coat of emulsion. All the woodwork was finished in a satin top coat.
Bay Window in Southampton
The bay window needed woodwork replaced which was carried out by Southampton Carpentry. This left bare wood which needed the attention of Southampton Painting.
